Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing new customer relationships, and closing sales. You will work closely with our sales manager and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals.

Present, promote, and sell WorkCon services to prospective new clients and projects.

Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Analyse market potential, track sales, and report on performance.

Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Experiences within Industrial, Civil, Construction, Traffic Control or in Any sales role.

Highly motivated and target-driven individuals.

Selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Time management and organisational skills.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Willingness to travel locally and regularly visit clients across various locations.
