Our customer is a proud family owned fully Australian-owned wholesaler and manufacturer of natural juice and snack food varieties. Their products have been widely available in numerous supermarkets across the country.
Despite starting from modest origins, they take pride in their accomplishments over the past 25 years. They remain committed to upholding strong family values and recognizing the significance of delivering top-notch products along with exceptional customer service.
This position can be either based in Melbourne.
Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibilities but not limited to include;
Overview of the role:
Working with grocery independents and related stores
Grow and Nurture existing business as well as identify new customers to increase market share and in turn revenue.
Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies around increased performance on premise.
Generate sales pipelines and reports and help execute sales plans, strategies and promotions.
Help promote planning and execution marketing campaigns.
Reporting and analyzing results and implement sales plans
Maintain a professional relationship and support organic sales growth within the customer portfolio.
Key Requirements
An established record of building relationships and promoting new business within food wholesale, and retail sectors.
Extensive experience in sales administration and new business development with competency in CRM reporting and analytics
You have strong commercial sales acumen and analysis skills to effectively manage sales volume and be able to maximize profits and provide customers with a tailored solution that is mutually beneficial.
A confident communicator and professional presentation, with outstanding relationship-building skills
Be able to work in a flexible environment that is ever - changing and help implement change and structure, implement SLAs and help implement procedures to enhance customer Service levels and in turn maximize profits.
Time will be spent on the road and in front of customers within stores, therefore you will need to be a tech-savvy self-starter, comfortable with working autonomously as well as being a key team player within a growing and expanding company.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within FMCG Beverage, is highly regarded.
