The Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative/Account Manager to drive business growth while fostering strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities across West Melbourne.

Your role will involve both sales and account management, ensuring exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining long-term partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing success with our products.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities by generating and nurturing leads.
• Proactively manage a structured call cycle to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Assist new clients in successfully integrating acai into their business.
• Process orders and coordinate small deliveries as required.
• Present and promote our products to distributors, cafes, and franchise partners.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in HubSpot (CRM) to track customer interactions and sales activity.
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong sales background and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in sales and/or account management, ideally within the food, beverage, or hospitality industries.
• A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain strong relationships and engage and influence clients.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A valid driver’s licence, a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel regionally to Bendigo, Ballarat and Geelong.
