We are seeking an early years professional who
- is a specialist in long day care – someone who speaks fluent infant & toddler and in the next breath, can respond to complicated science and technology questions for kindergarten-ers and who knows how to extinguish a volcano!
- who knows their early years pedagogy and knows what excellence looks like, and who
- wants to see exemplary practice every day and is invested in facilitating positive change and impact.
We are seeking an early years professional (we call them Area Managers) to join our leadership team and support a small number (5 at the moment) of well-established early learning services located in Flemington, Footscray, Richmond, Whittlesea and Carrum Downs.
You would be joining a for-purpose organisation who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education that sparks curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in young children.
The role
- full time and permanent
- has Hybrid working arrangements - hands on in centres and working from home
- reports to our Head of Early Learning extraordinaire with further support from our outstanding Quality & Practice, Marketing, Finance and People teams
- collaborates with a team of Area Managers with sessional kindergarten services
- will provide for $120,000 per annum plus car allowance as well as being eligible for not-for-profit salary packaging
- will allow for you to bring you’re A-Game – a proven track record of achieving results in quality and operational environments, working in a supportive, collaborative team.
