About The Opportunity

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting their team and ensuring the smooth operation of their services. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Scheduling pest control services and coordinating efficiently with technicians.
  • Providing backup support to the team and ensuring accurate email verification.
  • Handling inbound sales calls and inquiries, providing information on pricing and services.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through phone and email communication.
  • Maintaining organised filing systems in OneDrive with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in customer service and sales, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a great phone manner for professional interactions.
  • Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail, ensuring efficiency in filing and problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, with excellent document management skills.
  • Reliability, professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude, with a willingness to take feedback constructively.
