Main Tasks
- Handle both online and telephone inquiries and orders from customers, ensuring all orders are accurately interpreted and delivered to specifications.
- Collaborate with the Ready Fence team including branch managers, drivers, and service personnel to guarantee equipment is available, and ready for our customers.
- Process hires, off-hires, transfers, and exchanges using MYOB and EXCEL.
- Maintain daily records of equipment movements, reporting any errors or discrepancies to your supervisor.
- Perform manual paperwork when necessary.
- Basic data entry

- You will work closely with our customers, sales, accounts, and operation team
Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- Basic to intermediate computer operation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MYOB, and EXCEL at a basic to intermediate level.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Physical fitness to carry out light manual handling duties.
- Mental fitness to manage the daily activities of the equipment hire industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Good command of the English language.
