Complete Staff Solutions on behalf of our client are looking for an experienced HR Administrator for an immediate start.

This is a temporary 6 - 8 weeks contract role with a well-established company based in Taree.

The successful applicant will be required to work fulltime hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

You will be providing efficient and responsive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team.

To be successful in this role you will need to have an ability and willingness to learn new things quickly and easily adapt to the use of different systems. You will have an eye for detail and demonstrated strength in data entry and administrative processes with experience in document management and record management systems.

Time management will be a key factor in your success, with demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

You will act in a genuine, honest and responsible manner providing the highest level of service to all parties. You will work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being self-motivated to work independently.

An immediate start is required. This is an in-office role based in Taree.

  • Relevant experience in Business Administration / Support role, or similar
  • Highly developed communication skills including verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and teams.
  • Flexibility, with a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks.
  • Customer Service skills
  • Ensure all information is kept confidential in accordance with your employment contract and Privacy act 1988
  • Record Keeping
  • Assisting and supporting the HR team with payroll functions
  • Assist HR with projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate vacancy records and communicate consistently across the organisation
  • Preparation of New Contracts via Employment Hero
  • Ensure NSIS screening and other regulatory documentation are collected & filed
  • Comply with all company policies, Procedures, and codes at all times.
  • General office duties as required.
