Experienced Personal Support Worker/Team Leader

You will be working in the client’s home, following their established routines, and ensuring they receive the care and support they need to maintain independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the support provided to our complex care client

Managing the team of support workers and ensuring all staff meet the high standards of care expected

Working closely with the Client Coordinator to ensure programs are tailored to meet client goals

Communicating effectively with stakeholders, resolving issues, and creating and implementing systems

Completing reports, managing incidents, and overseeing WHS compliance

Coordinating appointments and client schedules

Providing training and support to employees

Assisting with activities of daily living

Supporting personal care routines

Helping with domestic duties

Providing catheter (SPC) and bowel care

Supporting diabetes management and mental health

Ensuring safe manual handling techniques

Managing consumables and stock ordering

Shifts Available:

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

4:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Inactive Sleepover: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

What You Need to Join Us:

Experience with manual handling, catheter care, and complex care needs

Full Driver’s License and comfort driving a disability van

NDIS Worker Screening Card

Valid First Aid & CPR Certification

Manual Handling Certificate

NDIS Orientation Module

Infection Control Certificate
