Ground Crew Member and Truck Driver– Join the Tree Dynamics Team!

⏳ Position: Casual - 4-5 days per week

Are you looking for a hands-on, outdoor role with the opportunity to grow your skills in the arboriculture industry? Tree Dynamics is on the lookout for a motivated Ground Crew Member to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Assisting with tree maintenance, removals, and arborist tasks
✅ Operating and maintaining equipment safely and efficiently
✅ Supporting climbers and team members on-site
✅ Driving trucks and towing equipment as required
✅ Ensuring all tasks are completed with a high regard for safety
✅ Opportunity to learn to climb, with an apprenticeship available for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum MR Licence with experience driving trucks and towing
• Chainsaw ticket (Mandatory)
• Ground crew experience is highly desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn climbing techniques and grow in the industry
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding outdoor work, including in hot conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
