About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced individual to take on a key role overseeing potato, onion, and carrot production operations. This hands-on position will involve managing all aspects of farm production while driving sustainable practices to ensure crop health and yield.

What You'll Do

Oversee and implement work practices across harvesting, plant maintenance, and planting.

Monitor soil health, pest, and disease control.

Manage irrigation systems and fertigation processes.

Lead and train staff and contractors.

Operate and maintain farm machinery.

Report to senior management, including the Farm Manager and Managing Director.

Ensure quality assurance standards are met for audits.

What You'll Need

3-5 years’ experience in farm supervision, particularly with potato, onion, and carrot crops.

Strong understanding of crop management, soil health, and sustainable farming practices.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Experience operating farm machinery and equipment.

Flexibility to work varying hours during peak seasons.

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field (preferred).

Bonus Points For

Experience with budgeting and financial management on a farm.

Knowledge of crop marketing and distribution channels.

Familiarity with farm management software.

Experience with organic farming practices.
