The Role

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a well-maintained portfolio of 200 properties, with the full support of our Leasing, BDM, and Accounts teams. This is a Monday to Friday role, working 9:00am – 5:30pm, allowing for excellent work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with trusted trades

Conducting routine inspections and managing lease renewals

Working closely with internal support teams to ensure seamless operations

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work autonomously while being a great team player

Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
