Property Manager Northern Beaches Wanted!!!

Our client is a dynamic and supportive team looking for a passionate Property Manager to join our ranks! The Role:

As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is primarily an in-office role, with some flexibility for working from home pending approval.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day arrears and ensuring timely rent collection.

Building strong relationships with clients, tenants, and landlords through effective communication.

Overseeing maintenance requests and ensuring properties are well-maintained.

Handling lease renewals and rent reviews.

Conducting routine inspections (with support from a dedicated Property Officer who completes 5 per week).

Preparing termination notices and managing rent increases.

Managing outgoing inspections.

Representing the company at Tribunal hearings (very rare!).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)

About You:

Proven experience in property management, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong knowledge of relevant legislation

A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

A team player with a strong work ethic.
