About the area
People and Culture Division supports UWA’s commitment to attracting and retaining world-class talent by driving strategic people initiatives. The Employee Entitlements Remediation Program (EERP) was established to ensure compliance with employee entitlement obligations. The program identifies, investigates, and resolves historical discrepancies while implementing robust controls to prevent future non-compliance.
About the opportunity
- Lead HR remediation projects within the Employee Entitlement Remediation Program to ensure compliance and rectify discrepancies.
- Oversee the identification, review, and resolution of historical employee entitlement issues while developing preventative frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams, senior management, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest compliance standards.
About you
- A relevant postgraduate qualification in HR, employee relations, governance, or compliance, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience managing complex HR, employee relations, or remediation projects.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Special Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
