Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Management Consultant to join our management team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in shaping our business strategy, optimizing operations, and driving sustainable growth.
About the Role
As a Management Consultant, you will work closely with senior leadership to analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing overall efficiency, improving client satisfaction, and ensuring the long-term success of McConnell Bourn.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct in-depth analyses of business operations, processes, and performance metrics.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer engagement.
· Provide expert recommendations on operational improvements and workflow optimizations.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
· Collaborate with different departments to drive organizational change and improve service delivery.
· Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Assist in financial planning, budget forecasting, and resource allocation.
· Deliver detailed reports and presentations on findings, strategies, and progress to senior management.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
· At least three years Proven experience in management consulting, business strategy, or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
· Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable but not essential.
· Proficiency in business management software and data analysis tools.

Salary Package
$90,000 - $ 110,000 Annual Salary Package Inclusive Superannuation
