About the Role:
As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing strategies that ensure children with diverse abilities receive the individual attention, care, and support they need to thrive. You will collaborate with educators, families, and external support services to foster an environment where every child can flourish.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Experience working with young children with additional needs, and a passion for supporting their growth and development.
  • Knowledge of inclusion strategies, early intervention, and individual learning plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with families, educators, and support services.
  • A positive, flexible approach to meeting each child's unique needs.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (or state-specific equivalent).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with children who have additional needs (such as developmental delays, disabilities, or medical conditions) to support their learning and participation in daily activities.
  • Implementing tailored strategies that promote inclusion, in collaboration with room educators and the broader team.
  • Developing and using individual learning plans to monitor and support each child's progress.
  • Providing hands-on support and guidance to help children reach their developmental milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Liaising with families to provide regular updates and ensure that individual needs are understood and met.
  • Engaging with external specialists and support agencies to access additional services where required.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of inclusive, play-based educational programs.
