What you'll be doing

Source and screen high-quality candidates to meet our clients' hiring needs

Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to placement

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Achieve and exceed individual and team performance target

This tole is based in Narre Warren and the hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
