Recruitment Consultant - Property & Real Estate

Here at Oak Recruitment & Consulting, we pride ourselves on being the best of the best. You will join our existing Real Estate & Property team of 8 consultants, expanding to 10 due to high demand for our services.

Due to growth we are seeking a full time, Monday - Friday Recruitment Consultant to take over one of our top performing Director's recruitment desks, as they transition into another sector of recruitment to try something new after years operating in this space. Recruiting in our property/real estate division.

You will be given a handover to manage this HOT $500K+ potential billings desk, and be expected to take home 30-35% of this in your first year! 150-200K for hitting & ideally exceeding your targets.

You will be ethically, efficiently and proactively recruiting and consulting in the Property & Corporate Industries, with the latest recruitment tech and tools of the trade!

JOB DUTIES:
- Work Monday to Friday 9-5:00pm (after hours / WFH at your & our discretion)
- Chase up and perform recruitment duties, end to end plus help from our full time candidate finder.
- HOT clients, fees signed and hot jobs and leads to chase, recruiting for Australia's top Strata Management, Property Management & Real Estate Companies
- Interview candidates, form and re-establish relationships, work with warm and hot relationships and place candidates in permanent full time jobs.

Using JobAdder, LinkedIn, o365, you will have a new Laptop, Business Phone, A grade commercial office space with huge kitchen, lockers, shower, private boardroom and top of the line facilities.

Base Salary/Retainer (negotiable) of $60-$90K + Commissions as approx 30-35% of billings inc Super or thereabouts (negotiable)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate/Property & Recruitment Experience (essential)
- Excellently presented and strong written & spoken skills
- Clean car and drivers licence (ideally, not essential)
