Role requirements:

Strong 360 degree agency recruitment experience across IT: Cloud, DevOps, Software and/or Cyber Security (Minimum 2 years)

Proven recruitment delivery and business development experience with a successful track record of strong billing results

Strong knowledge in and around the IT industry in Australia (particularly Melbourne and Sydney)

Must have exceptional Business Development skillset to continue successful growth of the desk

A committed and driven attitude to achieve and succeed

Proven success working in a fast-paced agency environment

A tenacious and resilient attitude that can take the ups and downs of agency recruitment

A transparent, open and consultative communication style

Degree Qualified (minimum Bachelors Degree)
