Career Plus, a boutique recruitment consultancy focusing on the talent markets in
Vic, NSW, QLD, and overseas, is looking to expand its team. We are a compact yet
powerful team, dedicated to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking a Senior
Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in recruitment and business
development to join our dynamic team. If you have over 3 years of experience in
managing complex recruitment projects, at least 2 years of experience managing
recruiters, and thrive in mentoring roles, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day delivery and performance of recruitment projects, tailored to
meet and exceed client expectations.
-Leverage extensive experience gained from successful stints at large
headhunting firms to build and maintain strong talent pipelines through effective
candidate sourcing and engagement.
-Utilize in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and project management
skills to consult with hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies, market
insights, and decision-making.
-Lead by example in negotiations and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless
integration of new hires into client organizations.
-Mentor and empower a small team of junior recruiters by sharing expertise and
insights gained from managing large-scale recruitment drives and specialized
projects.

What We’re Looking For
-At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience, with a background in both
agency and in-house settings.
-Expertise in managing recruitment for diverse industries, with a strong ability to
adapt and respond to varying market needs.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of
fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
-Proficiency with advanced recruitment systems and tools, with proven experience
managing system transitions and optimizations.
-A strong mentor and leader with over 2 years of experience guiding recruitment
teams, dedicated to nurturing team growth and driving business success.
