We are seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Qualifications & experience

Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work

Background in Network Marketing is a plus

Tasks & responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests

Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

Research possible distributor related issues using inside resources to resolve problems promptly and courteously

Upsell/mention promotions and other products on phone calls

In-depth knowledge and mastery of LifeVantage commission plan and ability to understand how promotions affect commissions

Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity

Perform other duties as assigned by management

20 hours per week - 4 hours per day Monday to Friday
