**About the Role: Parts Manager**
As our Parts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership. You'll oversee our parts department, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service to keep our clients' machinery in top condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage the parts department, including stock control, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers to provide outstanding service.
- Ensure timely procurement and distribution of parts to support service and sales teams.
- Monitor and maintain parts profitability, pricing, and margins.
- Handle warranty claims, returns, and reconciliations accurately and promptly.
- Continuously evaluate and improve parts processes to enhance efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Proven experience in parts management, preferably in agricultural machinery or related industries.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude and knowledge of machinery parts (advantageous).
- A proactive mindset and the drive to lead a team to success.
