Position
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the centre of the firm's operational engine, working closely with Directors, Senior Management, and an exclusive client base. This is a position where relationships aren’t just important—they are everything.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level administrative support across teams while championing a premium client experience.
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) with professionalism and accuracy.
- Managing daily correspondence, scheduling, and workflow with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
- Maintaining and updating client records, ensuring accuracy and discretion at every step.
- Playing an active role in team projects and firm-wide events, bringing a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, with a mindset geared toward operational excellence and innovation.
Candidate

To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Experience in a financial services or public practice accounting environment (required to be considered).
