Are you an experienced property manager with over five years in the industry? We're searching for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our small, close-knit team in Sandgate. Position: Full-Time Property Manager

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage leasing and tenant relations with a customer-centric approach.

- Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with local market trends and property laws.

- Resolve tenant issues effectively and optimize property performance.

- Conduct thorough property inspections, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.

- Build strong relationships with both tenants and property owners.

What We’re Looking For:

- A highly organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in using property management software, including Console Cloud, Vault, Ignite, and DocuSign.

- A team player who values collaboration and contributes to a positive work environment.

Must have a current Real Estate license, and access to your own vehicle.
