We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic Yard Manager in our Brisbane branch. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and the ability to work well under pressure.

The Key Responsibilities:

Drive a high-performance safety culture including managing the safety management system, performance, planning, productivity, and training of the team;

Develop and implement the company’s operational strategies to continuously improve the safety and operational performance of your team while keeping our quality promise to customers in line with the overall company strategy; and

Optimising asset management through operational discipline and cost management processes in alignment with Altrad RMD’s values

You have a strong history of success throughout your carer and can demonstrate safety and customer focus as your core values. Your passionate about people leadership, you thrive on leading a team to deliver outstanding customer focused solutions and exceeding key performance indicators. You are ambitious with high energy and enjoy celebrating success with your team.
