The Role:

• Managing the month-end close process, including P&L preparation for multiple entities
• Conducting variance analysis and commentary on balance sheets and financial reports
• Ensuring the accuracy of the general ledger and reconciliations
• Partnering with GMs, Regional Partners (RPs), and Clinic Commercial Specialists (CCSs) to provide insights into financial results
• Preparing quarterly dividend calculations and supporting business improvement initiatives
• Assisting with year-end audits and liaising with external auditors
• Contributing to various ad hoc financial projects

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business (major in Accounting)
• Fully qualified CA/CPA
• 3–5 years of experience in a commercial or chartered environment (first movers from business services considered)
• Strong understanding of Australian accounting and taxation principles
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage high volumes of data and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Full Australian working rights
