About the Role

Join a nationally recognised financial services firm as part of their expanding CFO Advisory Team in Canberra. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and high-profile clients, providing financial insights, strategic recommendations, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CFOs, finance teams, and key stakeholders to deliver expert financial advisory services.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, forecasting, and market trends.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Support clients with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of financial dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Identify and drive process improvements across finance functions.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).
• Proven experience in financial advisory, accounting, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
