This medium sized firm provides a full range of accounting and financial services to their diverse client base spread throughout Australia. They have a social office culture, strong systems and process in place, and put an emphasis on training and development of their staff.

Due to strong growth in the business, a position has become available to join the team as a Supervisor.

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking an Supervisor to join one of their high performing Business Services teams, led by an ex Big 4 director that will be your mentor.

The role includes:

Client contact

Reviewing compliance work

Assisting partners in providing tax advice to clients, including attendance to client meetings where required;

Assisting partners in advising clients on the effects of tax on individuals and business activities’ and providing strategies for asset protection and tax minimisation.

Preparation of income tax returns for companies, trusts and partnerships (if required)

Preparation of financial reports for companies, partnerships and trusts (if required)

Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Minimum of 4 years public practice experience

CA/CPA (or willing to obtain)

Tax and Business Services experience

Strong work ethic
