This represents an incredible opportunity with an extremely profitable advisory firm based in the inner city suburbs of Brisbane. This firm has been around for many years and provide their clients with expert tax compliance and advisory services.

POSITION

Due to succession planning and incredible growth, the position of Salary Partner has been created within their advisory division.

This is a key position to ensure future success.

The role will involve and not be limited to:

• Client relationship management
• Manage the advisory team
• CFO Advisory Services
• Business Advisory inc: valuations, M+A support, due diligence, three way forecasting, business process improvement
• Training and mentoring
• New business development

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA qualified
• 10+ years experience within the commercial space or someone with a public practice background who went to commercial looking to return (high level commercial experience is non negotiable)
• Motivated to progress to equity (non negotiable)
• Ability to operate as a business owner
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to identify value added opportunities within the current client base
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Full working rights (overseas experience not considered)
