About the business

We are on the lookout for a Head of Marketing to work within a Real Estate Franchise Head Office. The Head of Marketing for this role will drive strategic marketing initiatives to bolster brand positioning and support growth across multiple real estate brands across this group. They will develop, manage, and implement the marketing strategy and budget, ensuring all campaigns align with business objectives and deliver high-impact results. This role requires effective oversight of brand identity and messaging consistency across all channels, as well as leading innovative digital marketing approaches to enhance customer engagement.

As a team leader, the Head of Marketing will foster collaboration across departments and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and franchisees. They will spearhead data-driven decision-making for optimised campaign performance, actively engaging in performance analysis to adapt strategies as needed. This position also includes a primary project lead role for new office launches and bespoke marketing initiatives, requiring effective project management, resource allocation, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities include:

Development and implementation of the marketing strategy and budget for all real estate brands; leveraging data-driven insights to make recommendations and ensuring activities are delivered to timeline, within budget and aligning to business objectives.

Develop and lead the national marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning, align with business goals, and drive growth across diverse markets. Oversee both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, including traditional, digital, print, and social media campaigns.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints, maintaining high standards that reflect the group’s values. Oversee brand refreshes, identity evolution, and community-focused marketing to resonate with target audiences.

Implement data analytics tools to track campaign performance and customer engagement. Make data-informed decisions to improve marketing ROI, refine audience targeting, and forecast future trends based on market insights.

Work closely with Executive team members, principals and franchisees to understand key objectives, challenges and deliverables to align marketing, communication and brand efforts accordingly. Facilitate the communication and workflow to the broader team, providing peer direction & support and facilitating management insight & approvals.

Primary liaison for new offices, presenting the Belle Property marketing function at Discovery Days, managing the days to launch process, directing the broader marketing team in deliverables to communicate with, and support incoming principals and their teams

The successful candidate will have:

+10 years’ experience in marketing, brand and communications in the property sector

Proven ability and success in the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns that deliver significant commercial targets

Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skill

Strong stakeholder engagement

Proven experience in social media and digital marketing tactics, unique digital content development

Strong project management skills, specifically leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to analyse data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of marketing output.
