Join the Adventure: Head of Marketing at Experience Co

Are you a dynamic marketing leader ready to embark on an exciting journey? Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of Marketing is responsible for managing the overall marketing strategy for all Experience Co brands and business units.

This position will oversee a dedicated team of marketing professionals with a key focus on driving direct market share and ensuring a high level of marketing and brand awareness is maintained across all business units. This is a senior level position, working directly with Experience Co’s knowledgeable Executive Leadership Team across a diverse portfolio of brands and adventure travel business.

Some of the key responsiblities include :

Manage the overall marketing strategy for all Experience Co business units including campaign creation and execution

Manage the overall marketing budgets for all EXP business units

Lead a team of experienced marketing professionals to drive direct sales and revenue across a variety of business units and revenue streams

Working directly with the executive leadership team to drive direct sales and brand awareness. Reporting on key campaigns and projects.

Oversight of EXP media and PR strategy to ensure positive media coverages (travel & leisure) and managing crisis communications, in conjunction with ELT team

Management of cross-promotional strategy for EXP family of brands

Stakeholder management with third party agencies, suppliers and key partners

Approval all all branded collateral print and digital

Oversee management of company CRM and audience database as well as email marketing strategy

Oversee all company content creation, print and digital

Seek out new partnerships, campaigns and tactical projects to maintain EXP’s high level of brand equity and to drive direct market share

You will need:

At least 5 years experience in a similar, senior level marketing role

Extensive experience leading a senior marketing team

Qualification in marketing or communications (or similar relevant field)

Knowledge or experience in the tourism or travel industry is a bonus
