About the role

The Senior Case Manager is responsible for managing predominantly complex and tail workers compensation claims maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants and consistently displaying initiative and leadership on a team and business level. Working closely with the Case Manager, the Senior Case Manager will apply their advanced injury management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to achieve optimal outcomes across the entire portfolio of workers compensation claims. The Senior Case Manager is required to support the team with all compliance and regulatory activities required by the NSW Workers Compensation Regulator (SIRA) and Endeavour Energy’s self-insurance license.

Key accountabilities

  • Provide holistic case management for work-related injury and claims processing.
  • Conduct investigations and make decisions on complex claims and liabilities.
  • Collaborate strategically to maximize return-to-work and health outcomes.
  • Offer expert advice on policy, legislation, and claims management.
  • Develop training materials and manage reporting for Excess of Loss claims.

About you

An energised individual who demonstrates a positive attitude with supportive and professional behaviours that align with Endeavours culture, with the ability to engage confidently with our team, customers and stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in allied health services, Law or equivalent or equivalent business experience
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Personal Injury Management or equivalent
  • SIRA Return to Work Coordination Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
