We're looking for an Administrator – Onboarding and Compliance to join our Support Centre team. This key role supports both the onboarding experience and compliance processes across the organisation — ensuring our teams are set up for success and that service delivery is safe, consistent, and meets regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do:

Manage compliance documentation for onboarding, including screenings, certificates, and licences.

Track and manage staff accreditation and training needs – from First Aid to Medication Administration.

Act as the first point of contact for new starters, delivering a warm, values-aligned onboarding experience.

Conduct staff engagement calls to check in with team members, provide support, and foster connection.

Maintain access to key systems.

Assist across admin and compliance functions including phone triage, front desk coverage, and internal reporting.

Support and collaborate with multiple teams, including our operational and clinical leaders.

Promote transparency, trust, and continuous improvement in line with our Self-Managed Team culture.

About You:

Essential:

Experience in admin, HR onboarding, or compliance roles.

Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Able to work both autonomously and as part of a Self-Managed Team.

Competent in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Trustworthy with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Desirable:

Background in NDIS or aged care settings.

Familiarity HR platforms.

Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in care services.

Compassionate, calm under pressure, and committed to continuous improvement.

A proactive problem solver who’s passionate about supporting people and building strong internal culture.

Someone with a current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (not essential, but helpful!)

Above Award Salary

Salary Packaging; this is an ATO approved employee benefit that allows you to pay for certain everyday expenses with money from your salary before tax is taken out. Can include Everyday living expenses of up to $15,900 and Meal Entertainment expenses up to $2,650.
