About the role
Our National Training Academy in NSW is seeking Training Coordinator to join the fast-paced training environment with a focus on providing the team with administrative and coordination support. Based in Warick Farm, this role will also be given the opportunities for product technical training and growth.
This role as a Training Coordinator will help managing training enrolments for all training courses and sessions, ensuring course attendance by sending training course reminders, assisting our Technical Trainers in our regional training. And managing all PO’s to ensure timely payment to vendors on all events.
You’ll be responsible for, but not limited to:
· Coordination of training programs
· Administrative support and record keeping
· Assisting in the organisation of Dealer training, employee product training and sales training
· Oversee in conjunction with external providers and our trainers the successful delivery of Daikin Australia mandatory training and industry relevant courses that are offered to our extensive customer base
About you
· Previous experience as a training administrator, office administrator, Learning & Development environment focusing on exceptional customer service.
· Technical knowledge and understanding of Daikin products will be highly regarded but not essential.
· Ability to handle difficult situations and/or conflict issues
· Must be able to work independently and without close supervision
