The Role

The Financial Controller is vital to maintaining the financial health of the business, responsible for overseeing compliance, financial reporting/management. This role combines routine business activities with involvement in projects and strategic initiatives. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with statutory requirements
• Review and improve processes to drive meaningful change
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team
• Ensuring financial operations- including systems, processes, and procedures
• Management of cash flow, working capital and financial controls to maintain business growth

Your Skills & Experience

• CA/CPA Qualification
• Expert proficiency in financial reporting, statutory accounting, and tax compliance
• Experience leading a small finance team
• Worked within a manufacturing environment (desirable)
• Experience with ERP systems
