About the Role

You will be working in a fast paced inbound Customer Service Centre taking bookings for Taxi's and assisting our customers to get to their destination.

Your Key Responsibilities will include

• Responding to customer enquiries with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
• Being detail orientated and committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy
• Being a collaborative team player who is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment and working together to achieve shared goals
• Meeting or exceeding our Customer Service Centre Key Performance Indicators
• Adhering to Black & White Cabs' Policies and Procedures in all interactions

About you

To be successful in the role you will have

• Previous Call Centre or customer service experience
• Exceptional customer focus
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• A willingness to work as part of team
• Availability to work 24/7, including all public holidays
• Intermediate computer skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, or access to reliable public transport.
