The Role
As a Sales Assistant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you’ll help our customers between two store locations (Corrimal & Shellharbour) find the best solutions for their needs. This role includes:

Consulting and Patient Support

Providing friendly, one-on-one customer service in person and over the phone.

Supporting customers through CPAP equipment rentals, trials, and setups.

Offering ongoing equipment advice and service.

Retail and Administration

Assisting with over-the-counter product sales.

Managing inventory and unpacking stock.

Maintaining clinic equipment.

Performing general admin tasks as required.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who loves helping people and thrives in a team. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in retail, healthcare, or sales.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Great time management and a positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent computer skills.

A willingness to learn.

A valid driver’s license.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience as a pharmacy assistant or healthcare worker.

An interest in health and wellness.
