About Us

Ace Hotel Sydney is our first-ever spot in Australia, set in the verve of Surry Hills. Inspired by the neighbourhood’s vibrant rhythm, Ace Sydney is home to a bustling public Lobby alive nearly nightly with DJs and performers, a rebellious art program and a sunken lounge just off the Lobby bar. The Gig

About you

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role

Skilled in breakfast service with strong cooking techniques

Great time management and ability to thrive under pressure

Positive attitude with solid teamwork and leadership skills

Committed to maintaining top-notch hygiene and food safety standards

Available mornings and weekends, ready to bring your A-game
