As a Community Occupational Therapist at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to cover Ipswich and South Brisbane and the majority of the work will be within 30 min radius of these regions, preferably based in or around West Moreton region.
Your Role:
- Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.
- Focus on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.
- Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.
- Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $67,393 - $100,244 + 11.5% superannuation.
- Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
- Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
- Equipment: Smartphone, laptop, and specific tools provided.
- Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.
- Professional Development: Training opportunities and career advancement.
- Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid (to eligible employees)
About You:
- Qualifications: AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist.
- Skills: Passion for working with older adults, excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Technology: Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
- License: Current unrestricted driver's license.
