This is a pool recruitment process (Pool Ref 01140). This pool will run for a period of twelve (12) months and may be used to fill ongoing fixed term contracts, secondments, acting/relieving and permanent opportunities (full time).
There are currently two (2) permanent full-time positions available.
Position Objective
This role provides advice and support to Personnel and Payroll Officers, line managers and staff on resolving the more complex personnel and payroll matters. Provides mentoring of staff to ensure a highly responsive customer advisory service is provided in regards to personnel and payroll policies, procedures and processing.
