Your Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Bassendean office. The ICT Support Technician is responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT systems and services. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with diagnosing network connectivity issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level MSP support as needed. Additionally, you will participate in ICT projects and initiatives as required.

What’s makes you the right candidate?

• Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar ICT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and IOS operating systems
• Familiarity with basic network concepts and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Experience working with a Managed Service Provider is a plus
• Ideally have previous experience in the not-for-profit or disability support sector
