WOW Recruitment is looking for a Business Development Manager to join an established Financial Services company in Brisbane.

• WFH and Field-based – Remote role with support from Sydney-based office.
• Salary: $100 - 110k + Super + $10 - 20k Bonus.

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth through new and existing accounts, focusing on winning business in the QLD market. With proven products, you’ll build trusted relationships while dedicated teams handle ongoing client support.

Your Role:

• Maintain and grow clients within Brisbane territory, prospecting and converting clients via face-to-face or phone meetings.
• Generate new sales leads and canvas the market within your territory.
• Update the CRM for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Nurture existing customers and convert to 100% usage of the payment platform.
• Account management tasks to maintain positive client relationships.

About You:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a Territory Sales or BDM position.
• Proven in-field sales success as a hunter, winning new business.
• Financial industry experience would be ideal.
• Ability to build sound relationships and retain and grow usage within an existing client base.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
