THE ROLE

As a Sales Hunter, you'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. Leveraging your engineering expertise, you'll act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how our software can transform design processes for clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Proactively hunting for new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.

Engaging with engineering and design professionals across industries (manufacturing, construction, architecture, etc.)

Demonstrating and promoting the value of our CAD solutions to prospects.

Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing the deal.

Collaborating with technical teams to deliver customised solutions for clients.

About you

Engineering background (Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering preferred).

Proven sales experience in any product.

Strong understanding of design processes and engineering workflows.

Hunter mentality – proactive, persistent, and results-driven.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

Salary and Benefits

$90K – 100K base salary.

Uncapped Commissions

Additional superannuation.

$10K Car Allowance
