Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong technical background in simulation software? We’re looking for a motivated technical SaaS sales specialist within our Simulation division to drive sales and expand our footprint in the manufacturing sector across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market adoption of our simulation product line. You’ll work closely with clients in the manufacturing sector, identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect, network, and identify new business opportunities.

Effectively manage the sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all client interactions.

Represent the business at industry events and forums to strengthen market presence.

Communicate complex technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (essential).

3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within software sales in the manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a pipeline effectively.

Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

A full driver’s license and access to a vehicle, as travel to client sites is required.

Salary and Benefits

$110K – 120K base salary.

Additional superannuation.
