They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to re-design and implement internal capability across the department. This is a newly created role on behalf of key Government priorities, based in the Sydney CBD with WFH options initially on a 6 month contract.


The Job
Throughout this exciting Learning & Development Business Partner contract, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Leading the development and implementation of strategic programs, advice and services
• Driving programs to re-design the entire employee lifecycle, this includes extensive project and change management
• Preparing and presenting strategic plans and reports to support executive decision making
• Providing expert advice and coaching to relevant stakeholders
• Leading team management and professional development planning across the organisation
• Developing and refining governance frameworks
• Leading the effective implementation of cultural and organisational change management initiatives
  
  

You
To be successful in this Learning & Development Business Partner contract, you must have experience in the following areas:

• Experience in a similar Learning and Development Specialist role within a highly regulated sector such as Government or Financial Services
• Proven experience in leading modern learning and development programs, processes and practices
• Instructional Design experience will be beneficial
• Previous NSW Government experience will be favoured
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
