What You'll Do

Lead and oversee a team of support workers to deliver high-quality services to individuals with disabilities

Collaborate closely with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to create and implement personalised support plans

Ensure the delivery of support services aligns with the NDIS and other relevant standards and regulations

Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for support workers

Manage rostering, scheduling, and staffing arrangements to guarantee adequate support for participants

Foster and maintain relationships with local community organisations and services to enhance participant engagement and inclusion

Collaborate with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that support services are customised to meet individual needs and goals

What You'll Bring

Certificate III in Disability Support or a higher qualification in a relevant field

Proven experience in team leadership and providing support services to individuals with disabilities

Strong understanding of the NDIS and related standards and regulations

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritising tasks

Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centered support services
