Our client is a member-based industry association who are currently seeking an enthusiastic and intuitive Industry Programs Administrator to join the team and help them continue to offer the best advice, support and exceptional service to their members.

We are looking for a proactive, go-getter with a keen sense of intuition and a passion for organisation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience, strong IT skills, and a proven ability to manage client relations effectively. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive on keeping things organised while managing multiple tasks, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the delivery of a year-round Events, Training and Awards program
  • Encouraging industry participation in a range of programs
  • Maintenance of databases, online programs, procedures and records relating to the running of the programs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for client relations
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for getting things done
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Be available to attend evening and weekend events as required
