AWX Mount Isa are seeking multiple candidates to fulfill process plant attendant roles with our client at a local mine site.

These roles are across various departments and rosters, such as 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off or Monday to Friday.

Minimum requirements to be shortlisted are:

• Current Manual Australian Drivers Licence
• Must be residential to Mount Isa or willing to relocate at your own cost
• Previous industrial or labouring experience is beneficial
• Ability to wear PPE and be clean shaven
• Time management skills and sound work ethic
• A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
• Male only due to lead exposure
• Must be able to pass a low risk medical and JTE

The duties you will be responsible for are listed below:

• Carrying out plant checks and general housekeeping
• Supply tools and equipment to plant areas
• Use of power tools
• Manual handling tasks, Working at heights and confined spaces
• Maintain a high level of safety in the workplace
• Able to perform physical work in hot enviroments
• Change house and laundry tasks
