About the business and the role

We are a Brisbane based building and maintenance company working in a variety of industries for over 20 years. Hoffman BCM is also a registered provider with NDIS and Anglicare. We specialise in bathroom renovations, retainer walls and fencing works, home modifications, termite damage and rectification, as well as all other aspects of property maintenance and carpentry related works. This role gives you the opportunity to learn new skills with onsite support and training available, whilst further developing your skills. We are a small team with a positive culture encouraging respect and trust amongst the organisation.

What we need from you

• Must be experienced
• Must have own tools and trade vehicle as sites are around the greater Brisbane area
• Must have insurance and operate under ABN
• The successful applicant will be well presented, honest and cable of completing tasks unsupervised and on time

Job tasks and responsibilities

• General knowledge of building maintenance and construction
• Some duties include timber deck repairs and construction, replacement of step treads and stairs, fencing and retainer walls, small home renovations, framing, painting, plastering repairs, door and window installations and some general carpentry repairs and maintenance
