About the role

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Carpenter / Multi Skilled Handyperson to join our team in Banyo, Queensland. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of minor repair and maintenance tasks in a timely manner .

What you'll be doing

Perform a range of carpentry and handyperson duties including repairs, installations and maintenance of building components

Respond to and resolve service requests in a timely manner, ensuring a safe and well-presented work environment

Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors as required

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work undertaken

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Qualified carpenter with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Proven track record of efficiently completing a variety of maintenance and minor repair tasks

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines

Driver's licence with excellent driving history
