Are you the kind of person who thrives on keeping everything running like clockwork? ATZ Chemicals is looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to join our team in Ingleburn. You’ll play a key role in making sure the back end of the business runs smoothly—so the rest of the team can focus on delivering high-quality results.

About the role

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the day-to-day admin of a busy manufacturing office. From invoicing and purchase orders to freight bookings and stock adjustments, you’ll be across it all. You’ll also be the friendly face at reception and the calm in the chaos when things get busy.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and loves improving processes along the way.

What you’ll be doing

Responding to emails and answering phones

Sending invoices and managing payments to ensure timely billing

Raising POs for raw materials and managing supplier coordination

Making stock adjustments and confirming stock availability

Booking freight and assisting with customer quotes

Updating and maintaining pricing in the system

Customer onboarding and support

Sales and admin support as needed

Reconciliations and sending customer statements (Xero)

What you’ll bring

Strong admin and organisational skills

Experience with invoicing and basic financial processes

Confidence using Microsoft Office and similar tools

Good communicator who can work across teams

Detail-oriented and reliable

Experience in Xero or similar software a bonus
